A company of like-minded people for business development

2018
Unlock Group Holding was established. Areas of interest: investing, financing, promotion and support of investment projects; analysis of business ideas and their implementation; development of commercial real estate with subsequent lease; road construction.
2019
A full cycle construction company InfraRed was established. The main activities are road construction and repair, arrangement of related infrastructure and land improvement. So far, the company as successfully completed three projects totaling UAH 29 595 260.
2020
The outdated warehouse premises were reconstructed and a modern business center was put into operation in Kyiv, at 8, Maksymovycha Mykhailo street. The total area of ​​trade and office premises is 8900 sq.m.
2021
The business center “Bulgakov” was purchased in Podil area in Kyiv. The total area of ​​trade and office premises is 6335 sq.m. The desire for excellence in the arrangement of the workspace while preserving the historical authenticity prompted us to invest in the project.
